About me

Life long athlete and experienced trainer

I am 32 year old French man with a huge passion for being healthy.

I have been teaching in person and online clients for 5+ years and the joy I get in impacting people’s life is priceless. It doesn’t get any easier but you do get stronger. I found fitness being the best way of connecting and learning about my body.

My goal is to change your habits and create discipline in your routine.

I’m going to need you to choose yourself to get you started but the fact that you are here shows me that you already did.

NASM-PT (Personal Trainer)

I am a certified professional trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. NASM is the top and the most respected PT certificate program which allows me to teach at the international level and work one-on-one with individuals to help them meet their fitness goals. I am a personal trainer since 2016 and a professional athlete and football player for more than 9 years. I am confident that I have the right tool and personalized approach to help my clients and make a change in their lives.

NASM-SFS ( Senior Fitness Specialist)

This certificate allows me to work with people aged 60 and +60. Keeping the aging adult fit, strong, motivated, and healthy to face everyday obstacles. Understanding their limitations, and the aging process and helping them fight common medical conditions. Reduce the risk of falls, and increase their mobility by preserving their independence. It’s essential, as exercise at this age can slow down or even reverse some medical conditions resulting in more life ahead.

NASM-GFI (Group Fitness Instructor)

This certificate allows me to modify exercises and adjust the workout to meet the needs of all participants in the group. While keeping the energy level high and creating a positive atmosphere. I have knowledge of how to design, choreograph and lead a group fitness class. Training on modalities, including: strength and resistance, hiit and interval, boot camp, and more. How to adapt for special populations, like pregnant and senior participants.

Changing our habits is hard and having an external push is often necessary ,that is what a personal trainer is , to challenge you physically and mentally to grow and turn you into the best and healthiest version of you by helping you overcome your self-impose limits .Being very knowledgeable in the human physiology and body mechanic he will ensure that you reach your goals with support ,advice and encouragement with proper form to avoid injuries thru exercises.

When you are overweight, when you are underweight, when you are unfit, when you want to get fitter when you are in training, when you are bored with training, when you are postpartum, when the jeans don’t fit, when you are too busy to keep fit, when you can’t avoid the mirror, when you always avoid the scales, when you decide to do it and make a commitment with yourself!

You can achieve results working out in a gym, in the local park, or at your own home. It is more a matter of availability and convenience for you.

Three times each week should be sufficient for you to start feeling and seeing results. It is generally considered the healthy minimum. Although, like anything, you will get more out of it if you put more in.  It depends on how often you can afford to train, and it depends on your weekly schedule.

Fitness can help you reduce stress, improve self-confidence, reduce anxiety, and improve concentration. Also, it increases the feeling of happiness.

Personal Trainer will help you not to over-train, as this can put your body and mind under stress. Therefore, a balanced exercise plan is the key.
